Here at ESB, we are always looking to enhance our clients’ banking experience. That is why we wanted to offer clients in Premier 360 –a segment of ESB’s Private Banking department that features specialized service and an emphasis on technological solutions—a brand-new webpage tailor-made for them.  After months of planning and hard work, the page went live on January 25, 2012.

The head of Premier 360, Martin Prego–whose image appears on the front page— was actively involved throughout the creative process.  As a result, the site features resources and tools that Premier clients can easily use to take control of their accounts.  For example, the site’s helpful links to our online banking portal allow customers to quickly execute wire transfers, check balances, pay their bills, and more.  Additional pages direct users to other departments at ESB, like the Residential Lending and Trade Finance divisions. 

To achieve the final product, we worked closely with Onsearch , who designed our award-winning website, to come up with a page that felt modern, yet simple and user-friendly –all qualities Martin felt were essential in achieving our goal of making the site an everyday stop for our clients.  Regardless of where you bank, we invite you to visit the site and explore some of the new features.  Hopefully, you will find the new Premier 360 page to be an exciting new way to experience Espirito Santo Bank!
